ARGIS (The Automated Regional Justice Information System)

It is “a complex criminal justice enterprise network utilized by 50 local, state, and federal agencies in the San Diego region”. Interactive mapping application is available in this website, so San Diego citizens can see crime activity in their neighborhoods by selecting area, a range of date, and types of crime.

CMAP (Crime Mapping & Analysis Program of University of Denver , Colorado)

This program provides technical assistance and training to local and state agencies in crime analysis with GIS including crime mapping, GPS, automatic vehicle locator systems, and etc.

CU-Boulder Police Department

This department provides weekly crime maps regularly for the prior week. They are now preparing an online crime mapping system. These static maps are prior steps for online map.

University of Illinois Police

The campus crime map for September 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005, is linked to this webpage. Also, crime statistics for the crime map is also available. Both map and statistics are pdf format.
